                  obesity or weight management is most important task in not only maintaining beauty and personality but also in maintaining health.obesity may lead to difficult social and persnal life and make daily life lazy and out of motivation which may lead to anxiety and depression.  
                    today we will discuss variant methods of weight management which include diet management.
                     diet should include low calories and high fibre diet including salads and fruits,so start your day with a glass of milk without sugar and one fruit which may include apple,orange,water melon,papaya,raw guava and any seasonal fruit which contain very low sugars.and avoid fruits like banana,pineapple,custard apple,mango,chicku,dates,fig. skip breakfast totally.in case of poor tolerance may have three four sugar and fat free biscuits.in afternoon take whole meal which includes cereals bread rice boil fish and boil chicken vegetables salad and glass of fat free buttermilk.but in afternoon totally skip oily rice like fried rice biryani rice.skip evening snacks instead have a glass of sugar free milk with any fruit discuss above.in dinner have a plate full of salad and may have two three sugar and fat free biscuits.in case of poor appetite tolerance may have dinner of one chapati with boil vegetables before six o clock in evening.
                    following above method of diet restrictions anyone can loss three to four kg in a month with better supportive exercise and life style management which we will discuss later.
